Overview

Untitled Realities is a VR installation built at NYU's Integrated Digital Media program. The work examines how memory re-renders a place once we've left it — and what that looks like when you can walk inside the rendering.

Context

Built as part of a studio exploring VR as a serious medium rather than a novelty. The piece asks viewers to move through a domestic space that is both specific and half-remembered.

Approach

  1. 01

Co-authored the concept and narrative frame.

  2. 02

Designed interaction and wayfinding inside the headset — light-touch, observational.

  3. 03

Installed and presented the work at the NYC Media Lab Summit and the IDM Spring Show.

Outcomes

  • Second place, Creative Technology, NYC Media Lab Summit 2017.
  • Shown at Future Tense VR Popup, 2018.
