Overview

BBFLOW is a mobile wellness studio whose mission is to reflect its own community—bringing wellness and healing through fun, exploratory, free-to-attend events across the city.

Context

The wellness industry rarely mirrors the neighborhoods it sets up shop in. BBFLOW started as an answer to that—a studio with no studio, meeting people where they already are.

Approach

  1. 01

Designed brand identity and digital presence across web and social.

  2. 02

Built service design and end-to-end client journey for events and programs.

  3. 03

Managed a team of five instructors and community engagement across multiple locations.

  4. 04

Built partnerships with corporations and organizations to fund free community programming.

Outcomes

  • Structured wellness programs serving diverse learners across multiple locations.
  • A resilient brand and community carried through the pandemic.
