Najma Dawood
A Brooklyn-based multi‑hyphenate — designer, researcher, and teacher.
I design across product, emerging technology, accessibility, and learning experience — translating complex systems into quiet, human-centered work. Seven years in, with stops at NASA Jet Propulsion Lab, the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum, Teachers College, and NYU.
Outside of client work I co-founded Brooklyn Bridge Flow, teach NYU's inaugural undergraduate VR course, and keep a small independent product practice. Different rooms, one sensibility.

Curriculum is a product.
Since 2022 I've been designing and teaching NYU's inaugural undergraduate VR course — alongside curriculum work at Teachers College, Platinum Edge Tutoring, and a K-5 literacy program. I treat curriculum the way I treat a product: information architecture, learner outcomes, accessibility, and iteration.
